Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Whenever possible, we ship same or next business day. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Canadian Orders We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 2–8 business days after dispatch.

United States Orders We ship to the United States via Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA and Xpresspost USA. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days after dispatch.

All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no additional fees due at delivery.

International Orders We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

Tracking All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Return Shipping Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

If returning from the United States, please ensure the package is clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration. We are unable to accept return packages that incur duties or import fees upon arrival in Canada.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
